The Palm Beach Marlins were victorious over the Wellington Colts, 8-3.
The Palm Beach Marlins got things moving in the first inning. Ihosvany Castaneda drove in two when Castaneda doubled.
Yordani Carmona pitched the Marlins to victory. The fireballer lasted three innings, allowing one hit and one run while striking out two. Nelson Perez Jr and Jonathan Ramallo entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Michael Rodriquez took the loss for the Colts. The bulldog allowed six hits and six runs over four innings, striking out three.
The Palm Beach Marlins saw the ball well today, racking up 11 hits in the game. Luis Tuero, MC Sagaro, Jonathan Vega, and Luis Diaz each managed multiple hits for the Marlins. Diaz, Vega, Sagaro, and Tuero each managed two hits to lead the Palm Beach Marlins. The Marlins were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Diaz had the most chances in the field with eight.
